Information We Collect

• Account information you provide, such as your name, email address, and login credentials.
• Care activity data, scheduling details, and notes entered by authorized caregivers or family members.
• Technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, and usage events.
• First-party marketing analytics via a cookie named mp_traffic (about 30 days): landing path, referrer host, campaign parameters (UTMs), and browser locale. We look up country, region, and city from the full client IP at ingest, then store a hashed IP for correlation and a truncated IP (for example, the last IPv4 octet set to zero) for admin reporting. We do not store full IP addresses, GPS coordinates, or latitude/longitude. Truncated IPs are removed after about 30 days; city and region labels may be kept. We do not put health or child care notes in these records.
• Free guest games on /games (Tap 'n See and Find the Face): play duration, tap counts, pack/mode, whether a custom face was added, and whether you used a signup call to action. Photos, videos, names, and custom labels stay on your device and are not uploaded for analytics. Signed-in play in the family app may record the same play facts without family or child identifiers.
